Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence, commonly called AI, is rapidly changing how we work, learn, communicate, and solve problems.
This short introductory course explains what artificial intelligence is, how it works at a basic level, common types of AI, practical AI applications, and important considerations when using AI responsibly.
In approximately 10 minutes, learners will explore five short topics and complete a 10-question knowledge check.
No previous AI or programming experience is required.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, learners should be able to:
- Define Artificial Intelligence.
- Identify common types of AI.
- Explain the basic role of data and machine learning in AI.
- Identify practical uses of AI in everyday life and the workplace.
